For the first time, I feel fulfilled, I love myself, and I choose joy every day. And my thoughts are that of a woman who is abundant, loved, and successful!
11 Easy Steps to Leveling Up as A Woman with Just Self-Concept
So, let’s get to it, shall we? Here are 11 easy steps to leveling up as a woman just with self-concept.
Ask yourself who you identify as.
Who are you truly? Think about it and write it down. How do you describe yourself as a person in all areas? The words and phrases that you use to describe yourself are who you identify as.
For example, if you write “I am beautiful” on that list, you probably walk into a room and feel confident due to your physical attributes. The same thing goes if you jot down “I am smart.” You probably engage in intellectual conversations with ease or effortlessly ace your exams. If the statements on that list have a negative connotation, like, “I am timid,” “I am lazy," or “I am an anxious person,” you will interact with the outside world in a manner that aligns with who you say you are.
That’s why it’s important to be honest with yourself about who you think you are. You want to believe you can level up, not that you’re a failure. This is the first step to living your best life as a woman!
Ask loved ones to describe you.
“Everyone is you pushed out” is a common term used in the law of assumption, manifestation, and conscious creation. This means that people reflect the thoughts you have about yourself and how you identify.
Go back to the list you just made. Ask people that you trust how they describe you. What traits come up? What beliefs do they have about you? Does their description match yours? (If they’re honest, they probably do because everyone is you pushed out!)
This exercise will show you if people believe you are a woman who is leveling up or a woman who is struggling. And whatever they believe about you, deep down you probably believe that about yourself.
Affirm who you are.

Start a daily routine around your self-concept.
Once you’ve chosen your technique create a routine around it. If you are affirming, loop 3-5 of your affirmations for 10 minutes a day as if you are meditating. Do the same if you are scripting and visualizing.

I, for one, love reciting my self-concept affirmations in the morning while I am making breakfast. I think of them with conviction and power. You can also:
Listen to your affirmations.
Make a song with them and sing.
Tap them. (This article explains EFT tapping.)
You also don’t have to say your affirmations all day every day or even for 10 minutes each time. Do what feels right to you.
Start a “live as if” journal.
This is where you let your imagination run wild. Before bed, remind yourself of your fabulous life by journaling all the amazing things that will occur! If you want to push yourself and it doesn’t trigger you, you can “live as if” by writing in the present tense as if your dreams are already granted.
Observe your negative thoughts.
Our dominant thoughts, assumptions, and perceptions create unfavorable circumstances in our reality. To level up as a woman, get into the habit of observing your thoughts. Observing your thoughts looks like this.
You have a thought and are aware of said thought. If it’s an unfavorable thought, don’t freak out! Observe it and then decide it doesn't hold power over you anymore.

If you find that difficult to do, try some breathwork. Inhale and hold your breath for 3 seconds and then release. Repeat as needed until your heart rate slows down and feel less anxious and emotionally regulated.
Now, if it’s the best thought ever had, place your awareness on it! You’ll feel good naturally and more similar thoughts will naturally arise. Eventually, most of your negative thoughts will subside and you’ll be a new version of yourself, thinking thoughts that align with your new self concept!
Be accountable.
Claim what it is that you desire and remain accountable. Because when practicing manifestation and honing a fantastic self-concept we do not play victim.
If you’re not satisfied with your romantic relationships right now, ask yourself: what beliefs do I have about romantic relationships, men (or whatever sex you’re attracted to), and what I deserve in love? This is where you will discover how your limiting beliefs have created relationship patterns. This is where you become accountable and decide to change!
Level up your appearance.
When you look good you feel good! That’s why I recommend dressing your best to boost your self-confidence.
You don’t have to dress in expensive clothes or even wear dresses or heels. If that’s not your thing, that’s okay! Do whatever makes you feel good. Dress up or down. Wear sneakers or heels. Put on makeup or go natural. What matters is that you walk into every room with your head held high.
Exude confidence even when you don’t feel it.
All powerful, successful, and alluring women exude an energy of confidence. If you want to be that girl you have to do the same.
How do you exude confidence even when you don’t feel it? You focus on one thing about yourself (self-concept) that you love. That one thing that you live for.
What’s one quality that you constantly love telling people about? Hone in on it. Affirm it in your mind when you walk into every room and walk in with confidence.
Write that first list again.
After 30 days of practicing your technique, return to the first exercise and write down how you identify. Some things may remain while other traits from your initial list may fall away.
Focus on your progress! Eventually, you will transform into the you that you desire to be.
